Order Processing and Dispatch

We process and ship all orders on working days after receiving payment by 2:00 PM. If the payment is received on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, your order will usually be dispatched on the next or following working day.

Shipping Within Germany

• Shipping carrier: DHL (insured shipment with tracking)
• Delivery time: 1–3 working days
• Shipping costs:
  • Orders under €50 – €3.50
  • Orders over €50 – free shipping

Shipping Within the European Union

• Flat-rate shipping fee: €7.20 per order
• Delivery time: 5–10 working days
• Shipping carrier: DHL (insured with tracking)
